HDA offers nationally accredited mental health and wellbeing courses, all developed from our many years of experience and practice. Our training is continually updated based on local needs and ongoing challenges, ensuring all content is fit for purpose.

Core offerings include Scotland's Mental Health First Aid Adult and Young People courses, and interactive sessions covering Trauma, Alcohol and Drugs, and Suicide Prevention. We also deliver specialist courses like Stress Management for Managers, Recovery in Mental Health, Addressing Stigma and Discrimination, Mentally Healthy Workplaces, Food and Mental Health, Promoting Resilience, Communication, Non-judgemental listening, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, and Mental Health Improvement and many other.
